Marc Mencher has been in the Game Industry for 27 years. He began as a Game Programmer and has functioned as a Producer. To date, he has released to market over 9 games. Currently, Marc Mencher is Founder & CEO of Game Recruiter as well as Chairman of the Board for IGDA South FL. He is the author of Get In The Game!, an instructional book on careers in the video game industry. Marc continues to speak at universities across the country. He is also a regular speaker for The International Game Developers Association (IGDA), Game Developers Conference (GDC), and VGXPO's East Coast Games Summit. Recently, he hosted on Agile Methodologies Workshop for Game Industry Managers. He is currently working on a book called How to Be a Stellar Game Industry Manger.
