Tony Bifano is a Managing Partner at ETF Venture Funds. Tony has spent 12 years operating venture capital backed early stage companies.

Tony is focused on emerging markets, including mobile technologies, location-based services, SaaS, and gaming technologies. Tony currently sits on the Board of ReverbNation, which provides innovative marketing solutions for music artists and great listening experiences for fans. Tony also sits on the Board of MeetMoi, a location-based mobile dating company.

Prior to joining ETF, Tony helped lead the growth of Health Market Science, a leading healthcare data services company. In the early days of the Internet, Tony founded an online publishing platform for managing personal information, which was acquired by Aroundcampus, Inc., the largest collegiate telephone directory publisher.

Tony was honored by Philly Tech Magazine as a "30 under 30" hottest technology executives in the region and has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine.

He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
